At the Annual Meeting, two positions on the Ocean Financial Board of Directors will be filled for three-year terms; a nominating committee appointed by the board has submitted their nominations for these vacancies:

Timothy Johnson

Timothy Johnson began as a volunteer on the Ocean Financial Supervisory Committee in 2019 and has been nominated to join the Board in 2021.

Tim, a graduate of St. John’s University, is semi-retired from his position as a Senior Vice President of Sales in the litigation services industry and now acts as a consultant in the field.

Tim was an active member in the Knights of Columbus Fr. Joseph O’Connell Council #3481 in Oceanside and has sat on the Board of Kenmah Realty and 3481 Associates, where he served as President and Chairman for three years.

Tim and his wife, Ann, reside in Rockville Centre, where they raised their four children and are members of the St. Agnes parish.

Joseph Seimer

Joseph Seimer  began as a volunteer on the Ocean Financial Supervisory Committee in January, 2022 and was appointed to fill an open seat in June, 2023.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 2005.  He worked as a staff accountant and CPA in other organizations before earning his CPA License for the State of New York and opening his own CPA business in 2012, which is now located in Deer Park, NY.

Joe is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is the CPA for the Knights of Columbus Fr. Joseph O’Connell Council #3481 in Oceanside, as well as Kenmah Realty and 3481 Associates.  He is also a 3rd Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus Fr. Joseph O’Connell Council #3481.

Joe and his wife, Joanna, reside in Lindenhurst, where they are raising their two children, and are members of Our Lady of Grace parish.
