Ocean Financial offers college-bound high school seniors the opportunity to compete for the Patrick McNeill Memorial Scholarship. As a volunteer during the early years of the Credit Union, Pat McNeill dedicated his time and energy to serve others. Mr. McNeill was an original director of the credit union in 1969 and served on the Board of Directors for 12 years, three as President.

Your application much be received by February 13, 2026. Winners will be awarded at the next Annual Meeting, to be held in 2026.
